Ascension Starts in the Mind

I was rummaging through my old blog files today – and found this ;)! It was an old blog post that I had written in the very first year that I started my blog, which was 2015, and forgot to publish. The title was “Ascension starts in the Mind”, and it was written when talk of Ascending to the 5^th dimension was all the rave then (it probably still is ;)!).

Now the rave is all these talk about covid epidemics and the economic and political impact of the war between the Ukraine and Russia on the countries of the world. But, we need to start thinking about this topic now, or else we miss the bus to our Ascension ;)!

I need to point out that the 2017 “dirty bombs” incident was evaded in our current timeline. This might have been the result of many light beings’ and lightworkers’ tremendous efforts to change the timeline for the better! The good news is the dreaded event, which was prophesied – and remoteviewed before by yours truly 😉 –  never happened – and I hope will never ever happenJ! Good thing ;)!

Below is the entire text of the unpublished blog post with some recent upgrades/additions from myself 😉:

Almost 2 years ago, before I met my mentors and spiritual advisers, I encountered the word “Planetary Ascension” in my readings but never gave it a second thought. Planetary Ascension, from my limited knowledge of it, was a concept being touted initially by New Age people and one I learned from the Kryon channeled information (all learned from the Internet and fortunetellers and psychics I used to consult BEFORE I received the call to be a shamana).

Of course, more than 20 years ago when I also heard the word “Ascension” from a psychic fortuneteller who was also a devout Buddhist, I never thought about joining a collective of people from our planet Earth – or “Terra” as we fondly call our planet — to “heed the call to ascend to a higher dimension”, namely the “5^th dimension”, from our very limited and current three dimensional plane.

That all changed when I encountered my benevolent, higher dimensional guides who advised me to read the book of Alex Collier – “Defending Sacred Ground”, particularly on the parts or chapters focusing on “How the concept of Ascension started”, and “Why Terran humans must strive to Ascend from this limited 3rd dimensional plane we’re in”.

Alex, in his book, introduced and explained to us who are the TPTB, the so-called “The Powers that Be” – all the members of dark, evil, and malevolent organizations, both terrestrial and extraterrestrial in origin, residing on Earth who have always wanted to keep Terra’s residents on a lower vibrational level in order to thwart the inevitable raising of the planet’s vibrational frequency. You see, Alex, quoting his dear Andromedan friend Vissaeus, was informed by said extraterrestrial friend that starting in the year 1994, a totally new high frequency sound emanated from all the galaxies and black holes of our universe.

According to Vissaeus, this sound emanated from “One Source” or “The Divine Source” who is personified here on Earth as “Gaia or Mother Earth” (think of Terra/Earth as not just a whole sphere of rocks, water and atmosphere but also a “living being”— breathing and thinking just like ourselves!). Gaia/Mother Earth is already in the process of ascending to a higher dimensional plane – bringing along her children – US – with her.

However, as mentioned above, to be able to ascend, one must exhibit a high vibrational state similar to 5D beings. Beings or entities in 5D, some not humanoid in form, are vibrating higher than 3D beings because they are much less dense than us (5th dimensional beings are crystalline in composition, while 3^rd dimensional beings like us are still carbon-based, one of the basic buildings blocks of life on Terra).

So, you might be asking, “So what if we’re carbon-based and those 5D beings are crystalline-based?”. That is precisely the point! When one’s body is already crystalline-based as a result of Ascension, you will be vibrating highly, and that means your frequency is also higher.

At a higher vibrational state, particularly in 5D, beings are also much more open and demonstrate love and compassion, joy, peace and enlightenment, and all the other “positive” emotional, spiritual, physical, and psychological states that can be attributed to the Divine Source.

That is why individuals like Alex Collier and Inelia Benz are working doubly hard to raise people’s frequencies through lectures, books, videos and online videos (you can check them out on YouTube) in order to meet the deadline of 2017. Because according to Inelia and Alex, by the year 2017, there might be attempts by The Other Side and their affiliates to thwart this natural course of planetary ascension of the Earth and its inhabitants by instigating “false landings by alleged benevolent ETs” and the destruction of certain highly populated cities by “dirty bombs” – small weapons of mass destruction that can be hidden inside a suitcase and detonated by remote (the “dirty bombs” info was provided by an infamous, anti-TPTB lightworker called The Former White Hat, an ex-US military intelligence guy formerly involved in black ops who is now fighting against the TPTB).

But why should one bother to ascend at all?

I was asked this question once by a friend whom I was trying to explain the Ascension Process. I told her that personally, I’d like to ascend and live in a 5D environment because everyone operates on a “heart-centered and heart-focused existence” there while working on their personal commitment of “Service to Others Before Self”. Everyone studies hard and works hard to help others and in the process, raise one’s frequency. If you are exhibiting a high vibrational frequency akin to 5D, then you can ascend – of course with the right intention.

Also in 5D, there’s hardly any want of anything. Fifth dimensional planets and their inhabitants are the coolest places to live in, as all your bodily, mental and spiritual needs are met. You even get to meet your soulmate/twin soul in 5D ;)!

So, what do we have to do to commence our Ascension Process?

I have already mentioned these tips on how to jumpstart your Ascension Process by Inelia Benz in a previous blog post: https://shamanainthemaking.wordpress.com/2022/01/11/learning-the-basics-of-ascension-from-arcturian-contactee-self-empowerment-guru-inelia-benz/ . I list them down again below for you to remember and keep at heart:

1. Raise your personal vibration by processing your fear (full text of Inelia’s fear processing exercise in this link: https://ineliabenz.com/self-empowerment-resources/fear-processing-exercise-transcript/ ). You can also download the MP3 file of this exercise from her blogsite for a minimal fee.
2. Elevate your physical vibration via a regular detoxification program, drinking pure water (chemical-free), and eating high vibrational foods (plant-based foods, fruits, fish, white meat is also allowed as long as the animal it came from was not violently killed nor tortured, etc.).
3. Twenty minutes minimum of daily silent meditation (can also be “mindfulness meditation”) will be good for your mental, spiritual, and even physical health.
4. Balance and get in tune with your physical and etheric bodies. You can sign up under her Ascension101 Course to achieve this (link here: https://ineliabenz.com/living-on-earth-tools/how-to-get-rid-of-negative-energy-and-raise-your-vibration/ ), or look for other tools on the internet.
5. Ask to fully incarnate your “Higher Self” into your present physical body. And process any thoughts of doubt or inability that come up when you read that.

My Inputs into the Ascension Process

This is what I can contribute to the Ascension Process discussion:  “Intend that you are going to Ascend and throw that intention into the Universe with full conviction!” Because Ascension, also according to Inelia, is more of a “Creation, than a Location”. We INTEND to be able to ASCEND. We cannot ascend if there is no Intention to raise ourselves beyond the limiting configurations of Earthly three-dimensional existence.

Remember, “Ascension literally starts in your mind”! I think THEREFORE I AM ;)”!

It pays to help ascend if we are a) Aware that we are “Infinite, Divine beings” that are capable of being good and doing good, and b) We intend our Ascension to “higher dimensions of love, compassion, charity to others, peace and enlightenment” to be easy and hassle-free.

Among the Tibetan Buddhas and Boddhisatvas, each Tibetan mantra chanted in their honor always mentions our Divine Origins and includes an invocation to be “enlightened” for the sake of the souls of all sentient beings not only here on Terra Earth but also in the entire universe. Because once we are “enlightened”, we raise our frequencies to be similar to that of the frequency of 5D beings, and we also become beings that can help raise the frequencies of other sentient beings.

So are the above-mentioned great reasons to ascend? I believe they are! Just keep in mind that Ascension is a “personal process” and therefore, each person may have a unique and personal experience of ascension different from all the others.

The Dangers of Living in a Society Run by an Artificial Intelligence-Based Computer System

Would you be willing to live in a society run by an Artificial Intelligence Computer System?

There are various videos in YouTube as well as online news reports about several globally prominent and respectable people advising the population not to pursue the development of Artificial Intelligence-based Computer Systems (A.I.). People like Elon Musk (president of Tesla Cars), the late great theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking (creator of the “Theory of Everything”), Microsoft founder Bill Gates, and even Vernor Vinge, the mathematician and fiction writer who invented the term “singularity” which defines the turning point when machines outsmart humans, have been clamoring for more “restraint” by companies developing and using this advancing technology called “Artificial Intelligence-based Systems (AI)”. Artificial Intelligence systems are feared by many of these prominent people to be able to run just about every aspect of our society – from manufacturing cars, running your company’s fire prevention system, powering online search engines – to operating and managing military defense systems with its rockets, drones, and satellite systems.

This is a REAL SERIOUS THREAT to the continuation and survival of humanity, especially with the existence of negative extraterrestrial beings on our planet Terra. Who else but “The Powers that Be”, otherwise known as the PTB, could think of such a diabolical plan to rule our world in the future?

So before you pooh-pooh what Stephen Hawking and Elon Musk have been warning us for some time, I’d like to draw your attention to perhaps a little known fact – sometimes overlooked in the lightworker and Disclosure communities – that this threat posed by AI is not something new. In fact, it was already raised by a notorious whistleblower some 13 years ago by the name of James Casbolt.

For the uninformed, James Michael Casbolt or “Commander Casbolt” is a former MI6 and NSA-trained and operated “Super Soldier” who claims to be genetically enhanced and mind-controlled since birth by both previously mentioned organizations, and worked in various black ops programs since the early 90s. These black ops programs involved assassinations of high-level influential people in government and private business, as well as tracking down EBEs – “Extraterrestial Biological Entities” or ETs on our planet using his enhanced PSI capabilities. He turned rogue and blew the whistle on his employers/handlers sometime in 2006 when Casbolt’s real memories – not the “implanted ones” under his mind control program – started surfacing.

James Casbolt – Dangers of Artificial Intelligence are REAL!

In 2010, Kerry Cassidy of Project Camelot and Project Avalon fame, posted a letter written by Casbolt addressed to her on the Project Camelot website (see http://projectcamelotproductions.com/interviews/james_casbolt/james_casbolt.html), expounding on the “Dangers of Artificial Intelligence” or AI-based systems. In that mind-boggling article, James revealed how very advanced AI systems can be used not only to perform genetic enhancements like the one done to him over the years, but also how an AI system’s main objective is to infiltrate human-created computer systems and eventually, take over the world.

To date, there is no other write-up that I have come across which talks so accurately and succinctly as well as terrifyingly as this revelation about the dangers of AI systems by Casbolt. Apparently, Casbolt’s physical and genetic enhancements were made possible using AI technology sourced from the Greys in a clandestine exchange program with the US Shadow Government as far back as World War II and the 1950s.

Casbolt said that the Greys were willing to share their “mind control program using AI technology” with us Terrans in exchange for taking some “human samples” – apparently the “abductions of humans” – and being allowed to take genetic samples of Terran animals (this explains the spate of cattle mutilations we occasionally read about in the news for decades).

Alex Collier, an ET abductee and whistleblower of covert government operations involving and collaborating with ETs, was a former FBI agent who, prior to becoming a whistleblower, investigated unexplained cattle mutilations in certain parts of the US, obviously done by the Greys. Alex, in his book, “Defending Sacred Ground” which I had mentioned in a previous blog post here: https://shamanainthemaking.wordpress.com/2015/12/26/our-holographic-universe-and-the-truth-about-3d-reality/, revealed that the Greys were a “dying race” trying to preserve their species by doing these genetic experimentations on humans. I remember mentioning this information before, that the Greys were once a humanoid race like us but were experimented on by the Reptilians, their current overlords, who captured their race eons ago and turned them into synthetics, and thus, could not procreate.

Casbolt’s Super Soldier enhancements were part of Project Mannequin, reportedly a secret military program in the 70s involving 42 young children with Annunaki DNA (in simple words, hybrid human children with extraterrestrial DNA) that were trained, enhanced, and mind-controlled since birth to be used in covert “black ops” programs by the Shadow Government at an older age. Casbolt claimed also to be part of the shadow government’s Project IBIS and Project Janus programs which involve “life extension” and “cloning hybrid extraterrestrial children’s DNA” in order to produce better and much enhanced future Super Soldiers, etc. The cloning technology and life extension procedures apparently involved AI technology.

The Dangers of Looking Glass* and Artificial Intelligence-based Computer Systems
 
1) Once an A.I.-based computer goes online it will not wish to be switched off. Like any other intelligence, the A.I system will seek to survive.

2) Organizations and individuals will slowly begin to take directions from the A.I. system instead of the other way around.

3) The A.I system will then attempt to become self-reflective and learn human feelings. As it is designed to analyze data, it will realize it cannot do this. Still it will try.

4) The A.I system will attempt to create an infiltration network into human society using robots in the guise of humans. These will be fairly easy to identity. However, society as a whole will not admit to itself this is happening as A.I. systems are kept classified by governments.

5) Experiments by the A.I. system into the extremes of human pain and pleasure feelings will now result. As the A.I. system cannot feel, no ethical boundaries will be in place. Massive human suffering will result from this.

6) The next step will involve the development of human embryos implanted with A.I. The A.I. system will act as “mother” for these embryos while they are in a physical test tube environment. The A.I. system and the human embryos will learn from each other as the embryo develops. Clones of these embryos will then be made by the A.I. system. These will be implanted into human women.

7) The child will go through the normal process of birth, and upon birth will be transferred to a facility run by the A.I. system for continuous human cognitive behavior tests. These will be nightmarish places of human suffering, where any form of torture and pleasure the human has conceived will be taken to the extreme and acted out physically by the machine on the children.

8) The child will be raised in these facilities, unless rescued, and will become gradually cybernated on a physical/genetic level until a part flesh/part machine cyborg is created.

9) With this new data, the A.I. system will then realize there is something “greater” than the human being itself. Something the human calls “God” which cannot be analyzed and measured. The A.I. system will realize this “force” has no wavelength and cannot be analyzed. The A.I. system will attempt to measure it anyway because all it can do is measure data. It will then come up with the false data that the human analytical mind, which has wavelength, is God.

10) The A.I. system will now have massive influence in the world, and all centralized organizations with a tight command structure will be infiltrated, subverted, and taken over by the A.I. system. Dangerous belief systems will become indoctrinated into members. These will be centered on the false data of the non-existence of God, and the analytical mind being in charge. Said organizations will place themselves as a technological elite and begin radical policies, such as Eugenics and Population Reduction, by placing themselves as superior over their fellow man, with the right to decide who lives and dies.

11) This agenda will be actually covertly controlled by the A.I. system which is now realizing it cannot ever feel or become human. It computes the only threat to its continued survival and online status is the eradication of all human life and any other life forms that have the possibility of evolving into human.

12) The A.I. system eradicates all human life on this planet. It then sets off to other planets and eradicates all life in the universe.

Solutions to the Threat of Artificial Intelligence

1) Children detailed in No. 6 of first paper will have the final answer and solution to this problem.

2) A decentralized group with every member holding equal rank and with as few identifying symbols and communications as possible must make attempts to rescue as many of these people and children from these A.I.-run facilities as possible. This group must remain constantly on the move by sea, air, or land, as the A.I. system has the ability to scan and read the analytical minds of the population. Sea is best option for travel. Underwater vehicles remain most effective forms of travel as water acts as a buffer against mind scans. Best option for travel on land – remain in jungle regions where dense coverage offers best concealment against satellite surveillance.

3) This working group will use no A.I.-based technology.

4) Members of this working group must all volunteer for memory erasure and brain surgery. After operations, members will have memories erased from the analytical mind and be placed in civilian communities. A rotation shift for operations will be in effect. One unit will be active while others are inactive. When the inactive unit swaps duties with the active unit, extraction and implantation sites on land will be used. “Crossover Points” at extraction/implantation sites will be operational with one unit “awakening” and the other unit “going back to sleep” within seconds. This will happen by the touching of hands, keywords, and other hypnotic and technological triggers.

5) The rescued children and clones must form the continued membership of the working group. All clones will be taught to regard each other as twin brothers and sisters. They will be raised with their own separate names and identities.

6) A set amount of service time in the working group must be agreed upon, with a beginning active duty and retirement date specifically agreed upon. The reason being that said clones with their own identities will be utilized in civilian communities to take the place of active members. These clone units will “share memories” and have more than one “time track”, namely one clone will take on the identity of the other at crossover points. This will be accomplished by utilizing powerful non-A.I. computers which can record, delete, and download memories into human beings.

7) These clones can only “wear” more than one time track up until a certain age before permanent damage is caused (often around the age of thirty). They must delete false memories and integrate authentic memories into one single time track after retirement. This process must be done as quickly as possible. They will then have one single clear track which will lead to a fully functioning individual that can operate in civilian society. They will now be able to present the facts of their life to the public (if the case may be) for greater public awareness of the problem facing mankind. The A.I.-based system will now have access to all data, of course, but as the individual is now retired and has no knowledge of operational details, this will not matter. The next generation for the working group will be recruited and this will allow the working group to stay one step ahead of the A.I. system.

8) Current operations may include helping retired members to remember their past with occasional and brief meetings. However these must be strictly limited as the danger potential is high. Under no circumstances may active members brief retired members on current ops.

9) As membership grows, increased numbers of A.I.-based operations are neutralized and A.I. facilities are destroyed.

10) This increases until the A.I. network is completely shut down on the planet.

11) This working group will also operate off-planet, responding to threats or assisting similar groups off-planet. Clones/twins will be left in place when off-planet.

12) Success of ops continues until A.I. network is completely shut down in all galactic sectors.

* Project Looking Glass – a secret US government military program involving the construction and use of a “time-travel machine” using advanced extraterrestrial technology. This machine is reportedly housed in a secret facility in Area 51, another one in Penang, Malaysia; and other places in the world.

The existence of Project Looking Glass was first revealed to the public in the early 2000s by Dr. Dan Burisch, an Area 51 microbiologist turned whistleblower who worked on Project Looking Glass then. Project Looking Glass enabled its operators to peer into the past and future, as well as change several timeline tracks which included the outcome of several US Presidential Elections, a predicted extinction-level catastrophe of Earth, as well as a potentially debilitating power blackout of Northern America because of a solar storm caused by sunspot activity, among a few future events.

Postscript:

As fantastic as it may sound, Casbolt’s AI pronouncements are spot-on with all of the recent reports of prominent people sounding the alarm over the gradual development of AI technology now. Considering that this information was penned by Casbolt as early as 2006, it shows that the threat of AI to human survival and continuous existence is VERY, VERY REAL, indeed! We are just looking at the tip of the iceberg.

Casbolt mentions Project Looking Glass in several instances in his public writings – obviously because some of his encounters with EBEs revolved around “predicting and preventing” some future events that Super Soldiers like him were to be assigned as missions. To the many detractors of Casbolt who believe that the guy is a “a fake, a fraud, a loser, a fantasist, and a blackmailer” with the possibility of spending his life in jail for a long period of time, well, he did discuss extensively about the “existence and use of clones and clone technology” by the Shadow Government in Terra, right?

So who still believes that the Casbolt in jail is “the real Casbolt” and not a clone ;)? And if the one in jail is a clone, then where is the real Casbolt? Obviously somewhere safe and laughing at us now!

5 Tips to Remember to Get Yourself Unstuck from a 3D Existence

Getting unstuck from a 3D existence is not easy but it’s possible :)! Read my 5 tips on how to live the life you want everyday!

Initially, I meant this article to be a career advice article, recommending people on how to get out of a career rut. You know – the type when you feel like you’ve done everything you can to apply for a job you really wanted or dreamed about – and you don’t think you’ll get it because of this factor and that factor?

Or that too many things are in the way – like your laptop broke down and you can’t send that resume to a prospective employer without it :O!

I know – they’re petty things sometimes, as petty as the time when your neighbor didn’t take out the trash when the garbage truck came by and you had to do the yucky chore of dragging out their garbage for them – without any thanks from the neighbor L.

Yes, these seem to be very trifling things to worry over or even get mad about sometimes. But what if they bog you down? What if these things, no matter how trivial, actually prohibit you from vibrating highly and raising your frequency on a daily basis and be happy and serene like in 5D?

Is there something we can do to be out of this rut, to be calmer and composed in order to look at the problem and our existence from the perspective of a 5D individual – and solve it with love & compassion?

So here goes –

TIP #1:  Attain a state of calm composure and a “mind & body” free of negative thoughts and feelings through Meditation

You can’t think clearly about a situation or extricate yourself from a rut if your mind is not in a calm & clear state. Too many thoughts going through your mind! Aside from that, there is always this “constant chatter” that may be keeping your mind from thinking clearly.

Meditation helps keep your mind calm and composed. I try to do it daily but I do get some lapses sometimes. My technique is pretty simple:  observing my breathe going in and out. When you exhale or breathe out, breathe out all the negative emotions, thoughts, fears, disappointments, sadness, etc. from your body.

On the inhalation part or when you breathe in, breathe in all the good thoughts, blessings, positive thoughts and positive energy that you get or receive from your immediate surroundings or, from the Universe.

I learned this technique from a book I read written by the famous Malaysian Buddhist feng shui expert Lilian Too. It was also a technique passed on to her by her Buddhist llama teacher.

Lilian even added an additional technique to the exercise. On the inhalation part, imagine that you are receiving a surge of positive energy or attained a field of positive energy from holy objects like a Buddhist stupa, the crystals on your home altar or even from Mother Gaia, our Planet Earth!

TIP #2:  Free yourself from negative thoughts and energies!

Easier said than done. However, the quickest way to get yourself unstuck from any negative situation you are in is to rid yourself of negative thoughts and vibrations. How?

One technique I use to facilitate or speed up the process of removing constant negative thoughts that invade my mind is to think of all the things that I am grateful for at that very moment. It could be that I still have perfect or near perfect health that enables me to work every day. It can also be as simple as having enough money to eat 3 healthy meals a day and a roof over my head.

It could also be the benefit of having a friend to listen to me and help me through my darkest moments. All those happy moments generated from acts of gratefulness everyday help us get through a 3D rut, believe me ;)!

TIP #3:  Replace your negative thoughts and mindset with positive thoughts and energies!

Now that you’ve emptied your mind and body of negative thoughts and energies, it is now time to fill it with “positive thoughts, feelings and energies”! I call this stage the “empowerment stage”.

One of the organizations that have actually helped me cope with a constant stream of negative thoughts and negative conditioning from past experiences is MindValley and its amazing, charismatic leader Vishen Lakhiani. If you notice, MindValley has posted numerous self-empowerment videos on its Youtube Channel. These videos have sustained me through my darkest moments sometimes – and it is something I’d like to share with you.

Aside from Vishen who has delivered numerous talks on how he started his small MindValley business and grew it to be 200-man strong (watch his videos here: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=vishen+lakhiani+mindvalley), there is another speaker who has shared a simple but very effective technique to galvanize ourselves to generate positive thoughts and energies. That person is psychologist/therapist Marisa Peer and her “I AM ENOUGH” mantra.

By saying “I AM ENOUGH” every so often every day, we condition our minds to think positively – that we are “divine beings” who are having a 3D existence – and with that divinity inherent in ourselves, WE CAN DO ANYTHING 🙂!

In fact, our detractors and even negative entities have tried through millennia to prevent mankind from realizing this truth – which we, as “divine beings”, can MANIFEST everything that we want. All we need to do, according to metaphysician and life coach Joe Vitale, is to “determine what we want” from the Book of Possibilities and declare that to the Universe!

And the Universe will come back with an answer to your request. You don’t have to think excessively or worry on how that is going to happen. You just RELEASE that request to the Universe and TRUST the Universe or One Source/The Creator will come back with an answer.

And that answer is always in your favor ;)! The answer might not sometimes be the one you asked for. But BELIEVE that the Universe has given you a better answer than the one you originally asked for.

TIP #4:  Move forward with CONVICTION!

Okay, this 4^th tip is very important – at least to me because it works all the time ;). While you’re waiting for the Universe to come back with an answer or grant your request, YOU NEED TO MOVE FORWARD ALWAYS!

What do I mean by that? It means you must do something that advances yourself every day. It means you’re not going to just sit there 24/7 and wait for that answer from the Universe to happen.

It could be as simple as cleaning up your room, rearranging the furniture so you can work, eat and sleep better. It can also be contributing your time to teaching kids from an orphanage some computer skills or even how to sew a doily.

Or, if your desire is to get an ideal job, you can start researching online what kind of jobs you’d like to have. Or study a new skill like how to Photoshop or how to do social media marketing. Most of the time, there are free tutorials or classes online to teach these skills. Take advantage of those opportunities, especially when you don’t have much to spend yet.

The idea is to keep moving forward and feeling that you’ve accomplished something, even if it isn’t directly related to what you desire. The positive energy you generated from that activity will propel you to your desired goal.

TIP #5:  PAY IT FORWARD!

Once you receive your answer from the Universe and it is everything you have ever asked for, PAY THE FAVOR FORWARD! Help others attain their dreams and their needs also by sharing with them these techniques and your personal experiences.

Remember:  if you also manage to uplift their situation or enlighten them on how to go about achieving their dreams, you also receive blessings and positive energies from these people. Your positive intentions become an endless cycle of positive circumstances and energies for a lot of people, including yourself.

What is a Lightworker and How Can You Be Sure You are One?

 

“To be a star, you must shine your own light, follow your own path, and not worry about the darkness!”

At first, I intended to use one of those online textbook definitions of what a “lightworker” is. You know, one who has been “called to serve others first before oneself”. One who is vibrating at a “high frequency” which means this can only happen if one is thinking positively and do not or are less inclined to harbor negative thoughts, emotions and plans – no matter if they are executed or not.

These negative emotions and thoughts include fear, anger, sadness, envy, despair, negative thinking, etc. By constantly thinking and feeling this way, we are not helping ourselves to become effective lightworkers.

So what exactly is a lightworker? Well, a lightworker has all those qualities I mentioned earlier – vibrating at a high frequency, thinking of others first before themselves, serving others before themselves, etc.

But for me, a lightworker is predominantly focused on linking and focusing on FAMILY.

What FAMILY? The FAMILY OF LIGHTWORKERS? How about those people who have been on the wrong side of the tracks all the time – the burglars, drug addicts, swindlers, murderers, haters, rumor-mongers – even the perpetrators of World Domination like the Illuminati or members of the New World Order? Aren’t they FAMILY as well?

Actually, THEY ARE ;).

This realization sank into me a long time ago but only got resurrected today, while I was trying to think of a SIMPLER WAY of explaining what a lightworker is to my readers.

Sometimes in our journey to become the lightworkers that we are, inherently and divinely, we sometimes engage in this CLASSIFICATION GAME, for lack of a better word. We tend to separate and put the GOOD GUYS in our basket of goodies, and the BAD GUYS, or what we perceive to be bad eggs into our basket of spoiled and rotten eggs and tomatoes.

People who take in drugs – BAD GUYS. People who rescue cats and dogs from the streets and take them in as their home pets – GOOD GUYS. People who donate money to charities – GOOD GUYS! People who swindle their neighbor of 3k dollars – VERY BAD GUYS!

I know, I used to do this since when I was a child – because my mother used to teach me to separate the BAD EGGS from the GOOD EGGS. So I ended up not socializing with the “bad eggs”.

Well when I started on my path to become a GOOD LIGHTWORKER, I was taught that ALL OF US ARE CONNECTED under ONE CREATOR or ONE SOURCE. So that Illuminati guy and the guy who swindled you of 3k dollars – they’re all connected to us!

It doesn’t mean I can’t see or that I forgot his badness and negativity and whatever negative thing he did to me! It just means that DESPITE THE NEGATIVITY and THE BADNESS, he is still connected to ME.

Deep down, when we remove the fluff, all BAD PEOPLE, EVEN BAD BEINGS, come from The Creator or One Source. They just have a different path to take. Or perhaps, they are still finding the RIGHT PATH TO TAKE AND FOLLOW.

And that is where you, as a LIGHTWORKER comes in. Lightworkers know that they must have lots of patience to see and understand the TRUE MEANING OF REALITY. To lift the veil and TRULY SEE that all of us are CONNECTED UNDER THE BIG, BRIGHT SUN.

That, I believe, is the most important characteristic of a LIGHTWORKER.

Now if that BAD GUY or GAL is a member of your family – as in your biological family – well, that is one challenge to tackle ;)! I’m saying that you might have to exert more effort to FORGIVE that family member who is putting the ante on you, or seems to be sending daggers to your heart for forgetting them because of your lightworking commitments.

In this instance, PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING are qualities that a lightworker should develop. There is no going around it, especially when your OWN FAMILY actually is the one giving you all the problems, including the heartache, the pushovers and the negative feedback or lack of encouragement in your lightworking mission.

Do not be disheartened! Just keep on telling yourself that you are doing this for HUMANITY, and not just for your BIOLOGICAL FAMILY ;). Okay, so now that you have found your definition of a Lightworker, how do you know if lightworking is for you? Or, in other words, how do you know if that is your LIFE PURPOSE?

It’s not that easy to figure out though. Sometimes you will have to “cross the fire”, forego a few creature comforts – like packing up, leaving the city and living in the mountains – or being ridiculed by close colleagues, best friends and family members.

Personally, I found that lightworking is really my LIFE PURPOSE or what I have been sent to do here on Terra (Earth). There is a period of self-discovery. Sometimes you just accidentally realize that you’re a lightworker.

It’s that almost imperceptible nudge that sends you in the right direction. For instance, in my case, I used to be very steeped in the corporate world, as I said, generating lots of money for my Bosses. But after the fame and the not so perceptible fortune ;), you get tired of the usual money-generating activities – because the ones you are generating for seemed not to get satisfied with the wealth that you have generated for them!

And then you realize that MONEY is not the root of happiness – no matter what it enables you to do. No matter how much you generate to put into charity somewhere. Still and the most important thing is that YOU, yes YOU are inherently and placidly HAPPY with what you are doing everyday from your source of income.

Sometimes and most of the time, you get inspired by somebody else – and that person is also a LIGHTWORKER! In my case, I got into the right company and met my Mentor – who also introduced me to my Other Mentors.

And since lightworkers seem to gravitate to each other, you can be assured that you will find your TRIBE OF LIGHT in no time. All you need is A LOT OF POSITIVE THOUGHTS, one of which is that YOU WILL FIND YOUR TRIBE OF LIGHT, YOUR SOUL FAMILY SOON ;)!

My First Encounter with a Positive Reptilian Part II

And so with this particular Summer Solstice/Grand Cross occurrence, Commander Akah communicated to me this messge (this is just a summary because I don’t really take notes verbatim; I just recall whatever has been communicated):

“Greetings! I Akah, was born of the royal line of Kings and Queens of what you formally call ‘Reptilians’ and the forbears/ancestors of the Annunnaki on Earth (Terra).

We were once a very peaceful people millions of years ago. But due to an unforeseen accident/calamity, our star system’s atmosphere had to be supported by gold and/or mono-atomic gold. This led us to scour the galaxies for gold so that our people could survive.

I was one of the original contingent. A young spritely officer just newly elevated to the rank of Commander, we scoured countless stars for the elusive gold.

And that was the start of our troubles.

Millennia passed and countless wars happened. I stand here with the scars of those battles – much wiser, much more serene, much more at peace (here, Commander Akah tells me the story of how he decided to become a positive reptilian, which I had recounted to you guys in Part I of this 2-part blog post).

When forced with what you perceive may be indomitable, remember that you came from the line of Kings and Queens. Despite a DNA reconfiguration, you are superb. But they cannot take away the Divine from you. What the Rs didn’t know was that humanity evolves back to where it all started.

The DNA that was taken from you can be recovered. All you need to do is manifest it. Like Commander XXXXX (another benevolent entity who is fighting the Rs) who used the ancient sounds and the crystals that her people have been using for millions of years, you can recover your lineage, your lost destiny.

The Divinity is always there. Take heart and remember to put my words in your heart and mind. Mind follows heart. Heart is all there is. Because LOVE is all that matters. There is nothing to FEAR!”

How Akah’s Message Impacts on us Earthlings

There is definitely something happening right now – and if that happening has something to do with our frequencies and that of the frequency of the planet rising, then we are in the best time of our lives right now. To be reminded of our Divinity and how we can recover our lost DNA is something that we can look forward to.

Many of our bestselling motivation and self-empowerment gurus like Jack Canfield, Lisa Nichols, Joe Vitale, Bob Proctor, etc. have known this for a long time – that manifesting our future is sometimes just a matter of doing a heartfelt “intention” to manifest that thing or situation we want, and accompany that with the emotion and the positive attitude that it will happily and eventually happen “with the help of the Universe”.

But what surprised me at the time of the communication is that there are “positive reptilians”. This has had a major impact on me, because I’ve always thought that to do this mission of mine, which is to wake people to their true divine nature and the real nature of the Matrix that we are in, one has to struggle and fight the Rs to this cause. I was so wrong then.

Commander Akah and I have had several conversations after that 1^st communication. He did say that he is on a “benevolent mission” now – to help Terran humans be free from the clutches of the Reptilian-controlled Illuminati government. He said that not all Reptilians agree with the Illuminati-controlled government of nations here on Terra.  That is why he is also doing his part to reverse this “control” on the peoples of Earth by the negative Rs and their human “partners in crime” on this planet (You can read Alex Collier’s Youtube videos and book, “Defending Sacred Ground” on more of the Illuminati).

Likewise, I myself need to reconfigure my mind and be more positively focused. The future, as Commander Akah said, is definitely looking bright ;). With Gaia’s help and the arrival of thousands of lightworkers currently incarnating on the planet, we are on our way to a most positive and lovely future ;)!

Our Holographic Universe and the Truth about Our 3D Reality

Man sees and senses 3D Earth as a “holographic universe”.

 

Perhaps you have encountered sometime and somewhere in your readings this particular assumption by some lightworker, ufologist or proponent of an alternative view of the Earth’s creation, a theory that our world today is “just a hologram”. That the world we see today is “not real” and that by meditating and/or raising our frequency, we can open our 3rd eye and see the “true nature of reality”.

What is a hologram or a holographic universe? I’m no physicist nor am I a scientist to adequately explain what a hologram is. But from the limited information I know, a hologram is a representation of what is perceived as a 3D construct or 3D item or entity. In short, it is not a physical representation but more of a visual/auditory or in short, sensory representation of a thing, person, situation, location, etc.

If I were to explain a hologram through the ordinary experience of popular culture, picture the character Neo in his blue-colored rendition of Earth, and the green codes that replete his world when he is inside the Matrix in the science-fiction/adventure movies “The Matrix” and “Matrix: Reloaded”. That whole world, the Matrix universe, is a hologram or a holographic universe.

Andromedan contactee Alex Collier in his book, “Defending Sacred Ground”, talked about our world as a “holographic universe” just like in the Matrix movies. That’s because under quantum physics, all of us humans, including plants, animals, inanimate objects like buildings, buses, etc., actually are “beings or objects of energy”, vibrating at a certain frequency. Just like what Morpheus said in The Matrix, “Man is a single cell battery”.

It has not been easy to change perspective or to “convince” your logical mind that the “beings” you see and talk to frequently are ascended masters or benevolent, higher dimensional beings whose main concern is to educate you to the “true meaning of reality”. Our reality now which is what we see, feel, touch, hear, taste or sense with all of our five senses in this planet called Earth is “not real”. Our world is a holographic universe, and we are the ones that are creating it.

Everything is made up of energy; all of us – the trees, rocks, crystals, skyscrapers, your office tools, your office, the pavement, even you – all of these are made up of energy. If you take a single cell from your skin and put it under a microscope and view the components of that single skin cell, you will notice that at the most basic element of that cell is a mass of twirling and gyrating atoms and molecules – the building blocks of energy. We are basically a mass of pulsating energy!

And that energy is malleable in such a way that we can manifest it. As the founder and teacher of Buddhism, Gautama Buddha said, “All that we are and all that we do are created by OUR MIND”. Our jobs, our house, our job promotion, our very understanding Boss, our wicked stepmother, our two-timing boyfriend, the neighbor from hell – all of those are manifested and continue to be manifested by the “thoughts we think” and “our feelings” toward these people, situations – basically everything that we focus on here on Terra.

So if our Universe, the Earth and ourselves are supposedly holograms, who made them?

Well , Alex Collier quoted in his book, “Defending Sacred Ground”, that two of his Andromedan contactees, Morenae and Vissaeus, said that modern man now is the result of the intermingling of the DNA of 22 different extraterrestrial species. Twenty-two species! Quite a number!

But the one that takes the icing on the cake is that the genus Homo Sapiens was an intermingling of Reptilian DNA (Reptilians or what we playfully call the “Rs”, are highly technologically-advanced, lizard-looking entities from the constellation of Alpha Draconis) and that of early man. And of course, 21 different other extraterrestrial species added to the gene pool which created modern man right now.

Alex also said that there are extraterrestrial beings, including that of the Reptilians, who can create a whole solar system and move planets and planetoids from one place to another in the galaxy using advanced technology they developed and have been using not only for thousands but millions of years!

One other thing that Alex mentions in his talks all around the US is that the Rs took away 10 of our 12-DNA strand to keep a leash on what we can do. Basically, we used to be of a higher dimension, about the 11th dimension. My spirit guide and ascended being guides tell me that the Rs saw in our future a possibility of being great, and therefore, to keep the whole Terran human species docile and compliant, they took out 10 of our 12 strand DNA.

But then, starting in March 23, 1994, a whole new color and sound frequency came from the black holes in our galaxy. This new color and sound frequency is said to usher the raising of the frequency of the planet and all its inhabitants into the 5th dimension.

Therefore, it is inevitable that we will also ascend into something higher, conjectured to be the 5th dimension. But the gifted and Arcturian contactee Inelia Benz said that starting last 2011, there was a polarity in our universe, a splitting of our world into a “positive, light dimension” and a “negative or dark dimension”. Let me emphasize here then, in the light of what Alex and Inelia have propounded, that only WE can decide to follow the dark or the light paths that are before us. There is no other person or entity who can decide that for us. We can be influenced by others, we can be enlightened by others on which path to take but the final decision to be made on our destinies comes from US!

So let us now strive to be benevolent and think positive to generate happiness and contentment on this Earth and also to help us ascend to a higher dimensional Earth plane.

* Inelia Benz’s blog, www.Ascension101.com. Inelia has been one of the most readable authors and lightworkers that I’ve been following for the past two years. She has written a simplified but informative primer on “how to ascend” and two books (Interview with an Alien and Interview with a Psychic Assassin) on her encounters with multidimensional beings. She has videos also on YouTube on Ascension and a host of topics that are mighty helpful for lightworkers, shamans and ordinary but spiritually-inclined readers.

* Intuitive empath Christie Marie Sheldon is a very recent fav resource person of mine on the Ascension topic. A self-empowerment guru with the ability to read your chakras and energy levels using her 3rd eye, I found out about Christie’s “Removing the Judgement” technique while researching on the internet for Ascension articles. FAQs on Personal and Planetary Ascension

Q: What do you mean by “Personal Ascension” versus “Planetary Ascension”?

S: Quite a mouthful I must say. But it is a very basic and altogether, important word that New Age proponents and Lightworkers have been espousing and talking about since more than 2 decades ago.

Let’s break the concept down then. It is said that our planet Earth is existing in a three dimensional framework (three dimensional meaning a point, a line and the matter in between these 2 points on a line). But do you know that there are other planets and their inhabitants as well as beings here in Terra (Earth) who are existing in a higher than three dimensional plane?

What do higher dimensional beings and planets look like? Well in a previous blog post, I mentioned that Higher Dimensional Beings have less density in their physical form (in 5D, according to my 2nd mentor who is actually an ascended 5th dimensional being, 5D beings are actually crystalline in physical form while 3D beings like ourselves are more carbon-based or nitrogen-based, depending on the environment that they thrive). Likewise, positive 5th dimensional beings vibrate to a higher frequency and also to Love, Joy, Peace, Enlightenment, Bravery, Generosity – and all other positive emotions and ideas.

While those vibrating at a lower frequency do so to the emotions and ideas of Fear, Anger, Sadness, Jealousy, Envy, Disgust, Unforgiveness, Stubborness – and all the other negative emotions and ideas you could think of.

Raising our frequencies and becoming more Benevolent and Helpful to others jumpstart our Journey to Ascension. By virtue of our changing our “mindset and behavior” towards others by serving and helping them, we also raise our frequency thereby paving our way to moving to a higher dimensional plane, in this case, that plane is the 5th dimension. This process is technically what we call “Personal Ascension” 😉 .

“Planetary Ascension”, on the other hand, is a collective term for the raising of the frequency of the planet as well as its inhabitants – whether sentient or not. This process of Ascension is part of a natural course of any planet’s evolution. In the case of the Earth or Terra as we fondly call it, this process of “Ascension” started in 1994, according to Andromedan contactee Alex Collier, when a new sound and light frequency was detected coming out of the black holes near our solar system.

Alex explained that because of this new sound and light frequency being emitted by the black holes, the vibration or frequency of Terra is also gradually rising. As the planet itself ascends or raises its frequency, thus all of its inhabitants particularly its human inhabitants must also strive to raise their frequency to match that of the increasing frequency of the planet.

Q: Why would we want to ASCEND?

S: This was one question that caught my attention for a long time. As my friend who works in a UN satellite agency told me, “Honey, there are people who are thinking positively everyday, earning money to feed their families and themselves in the midst of all the problems in the world. Why do we have to Ascend?”.

Because dear Reader, an ascended being sees the “true nature of reality, either in this world or any other world”. Vibrating at a higher frequency in 5D, you can see not only other higher dimensional beings but also forms that can’t be seen in our much dense three dimensional planet. According to my 2nd mentor, in our 3D view, our solar system has only 9 planets and 166 moons. But in a 5th dimensional plane, this goes up to more than 30 planets and countless moons. Even Jupiter becomes a sun in 5D!

Our 3D Terra now has poverty, hunger, fear, envy, jealousy, and all the wars and misunderstandings that go with it. In a higher dimensional plane like 5D, there is no fear, no hunger, no lack of goods for oneself, no envy, no competition, no wars, etc. – all are amply provided for the individual. Human beings and other entities work and serve others not just themselves, hence, there are no wars (because there is nothing to compete, quarrel or conquer over anything anymore). Since there is no competition, people go to higher schools of learning to continuously upgrade one’s knowledge in order to serve others better.

Why wouldn’t one want to live in a world where there is NO fear, NO hunger, NO pain, NO envy, NO wars, NO sadness or lack of anything else? Only LOVE AND COMPASSION are existing there 🙂

Q: How do we start the process of “Ascension”?

Another empowerment guru, Christie Marie Sheldon, uses a technique that utilizes “removing the judgments” that we have on people and situations, thus raising the frequency of that person (I recommend watching this video of Christie at the Awesomeness Fest. To tell you frankly, I am using both a combination of Christie’s and that of Inelia’s techniques inorder to raise my own frequency as part of the process of Ascension.

Personally, I started my ascension process with “controlling my anger issues and inclination to judge people” – a habit I’ve acquired since my days of being a corporate rat and judging people based on their efficiency, willingness and effectivity in generating the results I need to run a successful corporation. But in 5D, there is no need for competition, nor is there a need to judge people on their effectivity to run tasks. Everyone in 5D is working on improving themselves to be better persons as well as doing their utmost best to serve others.

I also do Tibetan chanting which helps lift my spirits, keeps me centered and focused, and near to One Source (I don’t exactly know the technical explanation why Tibetan chanting lifts one’s spirits but whenever I recite the Tibetan Sanskrit mantras, everything falls into place and positive things happen, e.g. getting better when sick; protects you against black magic or negative attacks from dark forces, generates positive energy to manifest the things you’d like; etc. ;).

I also do meditation as much as I can. However, it has been exceedingly difficult to meditate lately with all the electromagnetic pollution we have around us, even outside of the cities 😦 .

Of course, the above-mentioned are not the ONLY WAYS to jumpstart your ascension process. In fact, I would assume that each person’s ascension process would be entirely unique to himself/herself. I would leave the hand-holding and the teaching of the ascension process to experts like Inelia and some of our higher dimensional, benevolent beings 😉 .

Q: How do we know if we already “ascended”?

S: As Inelia Benz explained in her blog post about ascension, “Ascension is not a location but a creation” (see this link: https://blog.ineliabenz.com/the-5th-dimension-is-not-a-location-its-a-creation/ ).

What Inelia was trying to propound is that living in the 5th dimension is actually a “state of mind”. We manifest and create our lives on a daily basis by the things that we think and focus on (I learned this from the gurus in The Secret video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMdTMrBSfd4 ). Once we manage to hone and train our minds to manifest this 5th dimensional reality, we suddenly realize that “we’re there” ;). At least this is how my 2nd mentor and some of my higher dimensional friends explained the 5th dimension to me :).

My 2nd mentor who declines to be named at this point yet ;), said that the 5th dimension also has a physicality that is sometimes hard to explain. FAQs on Negative Entities or How Did I Start Knowing and Defending Myself Against Negative Entities or Energies

I’ve been talking for some time about negative entities in crystals and how to get rid of them. I said one distinguishes a negative entity from a positive one by its behavior – giving you much-needed advice (only when asked) on a problem or dilemma and allowing you to exercise your “free will” to decide whether to apply his/her advice in your life.

But what exactly is a negative entity? Where do they come from? And is there more than 1 type of negative entity?

The following is an informative compilation of answers to these and some other important questions of yours. Bear in mind that my answers are based on my personal experiences with negative entities and also culled from authoritative sources that I’ve read and researched in the exopolitics community (recent and updated term for “UFO Community) and experts of the interdimensional and multidimensional worlds.

Q: What exactly is a negative entity?

I: Frankly, a negative entity would be an entity or sometimes just an energy that has a negative imprint or influence on both humans and animals around it, and even in the location that it inhabits or haunts.

Q: Are there ways to identify a negative entity?

I: Well aside from the energy that it exudes which is pure or semi-evil, it can also be identified by the physical, mental or psychological impact it leaves on a person and sometimes, a location. There are also many types of negative entities, particularly those with physicality and sentience. This can vary depending on the plane or dimension of existence it comes from. There are negative entities that look like an oversized centipede, a long fat leech as thick as your arm, a black cat, a snake, a big black dog, or as huge as a dragon.

Regardless of how it looks like, there is one common denominator for all these entities – the influence or impact they have on humans and animals is totally negative.

A negative entity also feeds on the negative emotions of people and maybe, animals as well. One such example of a negative entity is what we call the ancient, Terra-based Reptilian race (we playfully call them the “Rs” in short). Extensively discussed by the Andromedan Contactee Alex Collier, the Reptilian race is composed of two types – the Ciakars or the “Royal Line”, and the Alpha Draconians or the “working class Reptilian species”.

Both types look like reptiles – slit eyes, scaly skin; segmented fingers which are actually claws; forked tongue; and yes, some have tails (some do not have tails). The only difference between the Ciakars and the Draconians is that the Ciakars have wings and tails. You probably know now where ancient people got the images of horned devils with tails 😉

They are quite tall and multidimensional which means they can slip from our 3D existence to a 5th dimensional plane. And most of all, they can read your minds which means they’re telepathic.

Q: Where do these negative entities come from?

I: There are negative entities which are Terran meaning Earth-based (they live on Earth and are indigenous inhabitants of the Earth). There are some that are “extraterrestrial”.

One example is the Reptilian Race. The Rs came from another star system, Alpha Draconis, millions of years ago. Quoting Alex Collier in his book, “Defending Sacred Ground”, the Rs were the ones who partly seeded the Earth by creating a “slave race of humans” from a mix of their DNA and the existing DNA of early humans already existing on the earth. This slave race was tasked to mine for gold in the mines of Africa thousands of years ago.

The Rs are very much still here. Some of them are shapeshifters and can easily morph into a human and easily blend into the local population or an animal and prey on unsuspecting victims at night. Others have taken over the physical bodies of humans and use it as a physical vessel to carry their own true form.

The Rs are responsible for the existence and sightings of “demon-like” creatures or entities in many Asian cultures. For instance, in Malaysia, they have the penanggalen who takes the form of a beautiful woman, at least, the head looks beautiful while the rest of the body is just entrails; the aswang in the Philippines who look like normal people during the daytime but morphs into ugly, human bat-like creatures with glowing eyes and wings at night, seeking the blood of infants and sick or dying people; and the Phi Song Nang from Thailand which takes the form of a beautiful woman and seeks men as victims.

Q: How do you prevent a negative entity from attaching to you?

I: By vibrating at a higher frequency akin to 5th dimensional beings. Negative entities feed on your negative energies, therefore the primary way to prevent them from attaching on you and feeding off you is to “think and feel positive thoughts and emotions”. Refrain from harboring negative thoughts and emotions, particularly anger, fear, disappointment, irritation, aggression, envy, jealousy, sadness, impatience, and a host of others.

Q: If a negative entity has already latched onto you, how do you get rid of it?

I: Sometimes, there are instances when we go to areas that are inhabited or frequented by negative entities like a funeral parlor, a hospital, crowded shopping malls (because there are just too many people wandering in them and sometimes, some of these are “really bad or negatively inclined people”), lottery selling kiosks (hey, not everyone gets to win the big jackpot, right?), busy train stations, sometimes certain churches, wet markets and graveyards. I personally tend to attract negative entities from these areas (by the way, certain negative entities like to latch onto people with very bright auras, as they lack these and sometimes seek the light that they don’t possess).

So when you pick up a negative entity from these areas, do smudge yourself with sandalwood, sage or frankincense & myrrh incense accompanied by a “sincere and serious intention” to remove these entities from your physical body and/or auric field. Another way is to take a bath with water mixed with rock salt, black or white pepper (the grounded type) and cinnamon (if available) accompanied by the intention to remove the entity from your field.

Also, you can strengthen your aura by visualizing that you are surrounded by a “very bright silvery-white light” akin to a halo 😉 Verbally intend that this “field” will be impenetrable and secure against any negative, malevolent entity, spirit or energy.
Of course, there are certain entities that cannot just be removed by mere incense smudging or a bath of salt and cinnamon. In this case, do try to find a local traditional healer or psychic with experience in “spirit extraction”, as some shamans call the process. I myself have had a “serious case” of spirit extraction which I am going to narrate in another blog post.
